A. REGULATION AS MEMBER OF DNA GLOBAL SDN BHD [“MEMBER”]

 

1) Qualification as member 

a. Applicant must be the age of 18 and above;
b. Applicant shall make an online application by completing the registration application form through DNA GLOBAL website;
c. DNA GLOBAL reserve the right to approve or reject any registration application without any reason whatsoever;
d. Membership can be made by any individuals, cooperatives, businesses or companies;
e. Any forgery of identification card or any official documents required for the membership is an offence. MEMBER and STOKIST shall be responsible for such forgery. Penalty of minimum RM50 to RM500 be charged for every forgery offences;

 

2) Responsibility of MEMBER 

a. MEMBER are free to conduct DNA GLOBAL business;
b. MEMBER cannot introduce themselves as an employee or an agent of DNA GLOBAL;
c. MEMBER shall strictly adhere to the policy and regulation including any ethical code or additional regulation issued officially by DNA GLOBAL from time to time;
d. MEMBER shall strictly adhere to all written official information pertaining to DNA GLOBAL products issued by DNA GLOBAL and shall not make any additional information and admission not issued by DNA GLOBAL;
e. Whenever information given for marketing plan of DNA GLOBAL, MEMBER shall:-

i. explain the marketing plan in precise manner and with clarity;
ii. such explanation shall follow the guideline as approved officially or written by DNA GLOBAL;
iii. not made any undue influence to any prospect with promise or any offer not made officially or written by DNA GLOBAL;
iv. not promise any prospect that by just purchasing DNA GLOBAL products, such prospect can receive rewards not made or offer officially by DNA GLOBAL;

 

3) Notice and correspondences
* All notices and correspondences send by DNA GLOBAL to MEMBER deem valid and accepted in accordance with last known address of the MEMBER as stated in the DNA GLOBAL official record;

 

4) Right to rescind
* DNA GLOBAL has full discretion to rescind all monies and point collected in the MEMBER account if the MEMBER is found guilty in matters under paragraph D hereinafter;

 

B. LAW AND JURISDICTION

 1) The Malaysian Law governed any interpretation or definition on any matters relating to the policy, regulation and code of ethics of DNA GLOBAL;
2) DNA GLOBAL reserve the right to take any legal action against any MEMBER who contravened matters under paragraph D hereinafter;

 

C. SETTLEMENT FOR DEATH OR DISABLED MEMBER

* If any MEMBER is found dead, his/her heir shall have the right to all his/her membership right by providing prove of such right to DNA GLOBAL or if the MEMBER become disabled, any person shall have the right to all his/her membership right if written consent is given by such disabled MEMBER to that person;

 

D. CANCELLATION AND SUSPENSION ON MEMBER

1) DNA GLOBAL berhak untuk membatalkan atau menggantung mana-mana AHLI DNA dengan serta merta sekiranya AHLI DNA tersebut didapati bersalah membuat perkara-perkara seperti berikut:-

a. MEMBER who had cause damage to the image, reputation, businesses and operation to DNA GLOBAL including its network of distributor;
b. MEMBER who had introduce DNA GLOBAL business and products in contravention to the policy, regulation and code of ethics issued by DNA GLOBAL including selling DNA GLOBAL products below the price of its MEMBER;
c. MEMBER who had cross from its original member to other member or who bring other member to his/her network;
d. MEMBER who had made a pact or in complicity by making sedition to cause disharmony between member and DNA GLOBAL or between members;
e. MEMBER who had found doing or working including discussing other business in DNA GLOBAL premises with the intention to incite MEMBER to change DNA GLOBAL business to other businesses [weather networking concept business or otherwise] including berating DNA GLOBAL business so as to make the MEMBER to change DNA GLOBAL business into other business;[weather networking concept business or otherwise];

 

E. CHANGE OF MEMBER ACCOUNT TO THIRD PARTY

1) MEMBER can change and transfer its account to third party with both party consent and agreed by DNA GLOBAL;
2) MEMBER must ensure that there is no contravention to the DNA GLOBAL policy, regulation and code of ethic before making the transfer of its account;
3) Every changes and transfer shall include letter of consent and the copy of identification card of the owner and third party;
4) DNA GLOBAL has full discretion to give consent to such changes and transfer of such account;
